You want to spend your money on brands that share your values. This has been almost impossible to accomplish, until now. Now, there’s SpendRight, a Chrome extension that shows you a brand’s Sustainability Score. The score represents the impact that a brand has on a social and environmental level(s). SpendRight also has Brand Attributes that show where that brand stands on important issues.

The Social category reflects company metrics, such as workforce diversity, employee pay & benefits, charitable donations, and more. The Environmental category represents metrics that include energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, water conservation, etc.

The Social category reflects company metrics, such as workforce diversity, employee pay & benefits, charitable donations, and more. The Environmental category represents metrics that include energy use, greenhouse gas emissions, water conservation, etc.

Not Rated & Partially Rated – Many brands don’t think they need to share information about the impact they have on Society and the Environment. As consumers, we deserve better and should demand more transparency from our brands. If a brand has either of these designations, it means they aren’t publicly reporting any (Not Rated) or all (Partially Rated) of the needed information. Demand transparency from these brands by sending them a Tweet, asking them to publicly report sustainability data.

Small Business Rankings program coming soon. Our goal is to make a program that is transparent and trusted by consumers, while making it a free and simple process for small businesses to sign up.
